Sunset Palm Villa at Watersong offers everything you need for your perfect vacation. Set on a large, wide plot, the home offers guests privacy, with no rear neighbours.
The enclosed, extended pool deck with its sheltered full-width lanai (patio) offers beautiful rear views onto woodland and a small lake. The reserve is home to a variety of birds and local wildlife, which are a joy to watch as you sit and enjoy the Florida warmth.
Imagine waking up to glistening lake views, and plunging into your private south-facing pool for a refreshing dip, bathed in year-round sunshine.
Unwind in the soothing spa, while the young at heart play games and enjoy the inflatables in the main pool. Or simply sit and take in the villa’s surrounding nature and serene conservation outlook.
With 3,256 sq. ft. of luxury living space across two-floors, this spacious home provides five bedrooms and five bathrooms (four full and one half bathroom), comfortably sleeping ten guests.
